1. Services & estimates

We provide tire sales, installation, wheel and auto services at 2163 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional work is needed. We will seek your approval before performing additional work.

2. Appointments & no-shows

Appointments are subject to availability. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed.

4. Warranty

New tires carry the manufacturer's warranty plus any warranty we state at the time of sale. Used tires are sold as-is unless a written warranty is provided. Warranty terms may require proof of purchase and proper maintenance.

5. AI Shop Finder

Our AI Shop Finder uses live web search to surface third-party tire shops near a ZIP code. We do not control and are not affiliated with those shops. Results are informational only — verify details directly with each shop before visiting or purchasing.

6. Website content & intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, is owned by Piedmont Tires or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piedmont Tires is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
